Refund/ Retum Policy
At Girls of Royalty, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We hope you love every item you order, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.
Please read the following information carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.

It must be in the original packaging, if applicable.

It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom-made items (such as embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear (with hygiene liner removed)

Bodysuits

Earrings and other pierced jewelry

Any sale or clearance items
- Final Sale/Discounted Items: All items purchased during promotional periods or with significant discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at girlsofroyalty@outlook.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Ship the Item: Carefully pack the eligible item(s) in their original condition and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Deductions: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. In cases where the return is a result of your change of mind (and not due to a fault on our part), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Responsibility for Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to consumer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size). The exact cost will depend on the carrier service you select. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), you will not be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, as some processing times may vary. Then, contact us via email.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the Return Process outlined above and clearly state that you would like a different size. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your orders. If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at girlsofroyalty@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will gladly arrange for a return and a full refund or exchange, including the cost of return shipping, at our expense.
6. Sale Items
As stated above, all items purchased on sale or clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
